I watched this for Bruce Willis .. and it turned out his big photo on the movie ad is just to attract the likes of me. A movie that is based on the idea if A.I. thar is so similar to real humans that one of them develop real memories and defect only to get back to the one who created her design. The movie is supposed to be action thriller Sci Fi drama .. I believe the film didn't excel in any genre. Silly action scenes where a zillion bullets fail to touch the A.I. woman even with the shot terse ate pros. The thrill is lost as the pace is slow. The Sci Fi is based on idea that is fragmented in the first 15 min and then one can't sense any special futuristic sense. And I think the drama was not even on the minds of who wrote this film. Vice is supposed to be a facility where A.I. robots similar to humans live and real humans can go and go wild with those humanoids. Killing or beating or whatever. And even this good grounds for a good movie is some how lost in this one. One last thing. Bruce .. I like you and all. But shame on you deceiving me in this film.
Hoping for Minority Report meets iRobot / Surrogates in Rockstar's Vice City backdrop of violence and explosions... <br/><br/>what this delivered was crappy editing, production, and horrible directing. this movie is a best example on how not to make a robot sci-fi<br/><br/>yes this was done on a smaller budget but this could have been better with the right production. id like to see a remake or sequel... if Spielberg, Proyas, or Mostow was behind it maybe?<br/><br/>as for this movie i would thank you for trying to bring this to the big screen, but upset that i had to pay for it
Everything about Vice feels like recycled goods. It's basically "Westworld" meets "Blade Runner" programmed by glitchy filmmaking replicators.
